Founded by Clay Garalde in 1998, our company builds on a foundation of experience dating back to 1981. Clay’s extensive background includes working with the Orange County School Board, serving as a commercial electrician in Orlando, and co-owning a local electrical company before establishing All Phases Electrical Contractors.

 If you are buying or selling a home that is 30 plus years old, a 4 point inspection is now required. Any homes that have aluminum wiring will no longer qualify for insurance coverage. Electricians can no longer pig tail or splice aluminum (something that used to be recognized by the Building Department & NEC). All homes over 30 years old will need to be rewired to get coverage. This can cost buyers, sellers, or anyone switching carriers thousands of dollars.
