Clay Garalde began working as an electrician in 1981. He worked directly for the Orange county school board for several years before taking a position as a commercial electrician with a company here in Orlando. Clay later became a partner at another local company before deciding to begin All Phases Electrical Contracting in 1998. Clay has since served the local community and grown to employ several men and women.
We have the experience, personel and resources to make the project run smoothly. We can ensure a job is done on time.

If you are buying or selling a home that is 30 plus years old, a 4 point inspection is now required. Any homes that have aluminum wiring will no longer qualify for insurance coverage. Electricians can no longer pig tail or splice aluminum (something that used to be recognized by the Building Department & NEC). All homes over 30 years old will need to be rewired to get coverage. This can cost buyers, sellers, or anyone switching carriers thousands of dollars.
